How to Insert a Document or Link

Step 1. Highlight the text or graphic that is to become the actual link to the document or URL. Then click the icon.

Step 2: Choose the Link Type: a) URL b)email c)Anchor

The most common will be URL or email

Once the email address or URL is placed in the URL window you can hit OK and it will automatically create the link in the editor window.

Step 3: Inserting a Document: Click the Browse Server button

You will then see a window called: File Browser

From this window you can choose Upload File and upload the document you want to link to. Select it from the right hand window and click Use Selected File.

It will then fill in the URL window with the appropiate path to the file.
