Content Management System
Recognizing the need for an easy-to-use and scalable site management tool, we have developed a content management system called "blueCMS." It is a complete package for website customers who want to have easy control over their site content without having to know advanced programming techniques. blueCMS gives you the ability to:
- Easily Add, Edit, or Remove content and pages
- Update images and tables
- Maintain a Calendar of events
- Create Photo Galleries
- and much more!
blueCMS also eliminates your staff's need to learn any complex tools, coding syntax, or any other technically-sophisticated software. If you can use Microsoft Word™, you can edit your own site! By eliminating the need for knowledge of HTML, blueCMS allows the user to manage all site content including site menus, navigation, pictures, graphics, and text. blueCMS provides the site owner with real-time access to their website via a browser-based editor similar to other word processors (see sample shown). New pages can easily be added/edited/removed while maintaining a consistent look and feel as the site's layout is maintained in a separate template. We've built various modules that can be added or removed to blueCMS as required by your needs. From calendaring to e-commerce, designing the right tools for your site is quick and easy. If you require custom functionality, a module can be developed based on your specific needs.
The following pre-built modules are currently available:
- Calendar: Allows site administrator the ability to add dated content based on a normal monthly calendar. Look and feel is that of a traditional calendar but can be modified to fit special needs.
- Photo Gallery: The site administrator can add photos to create an online photo gallery(s).
- Shopping Cart: With our intuitive software, we can set up a cart that sends you orders as they are generated. Shipping, taxes, and other sales-related pricing is automatically added without fuss.
- User Admin: You can delegate specific sections of the website to specific users for updating purposes.
- Blog Module: Provides a full-featured blog with categories, an rss feed, and technorati integration.
- New! Member's Area. Provide logins for your members and the admin account can send messages with email notification and provide files for download on a group or per/member basis.
