To log a Mac OS-X box onto one of our hot spots, click on the Apple menu, and select System Preferences.
In the System Preferences dialog box, open the Network configuration utility.
Make sure your Network dialog box looks like this, and that F2WHotSpot is selected. After that, click on Apply Now, and then click on the TCP/IP tab.
Make sure your computer will be using DHCP (automatically assigns you an IP address). You may then click on Apply Now, and close the window.
You may now use whichever web browser you wish to log onto the hotspot. If you do not already have a user ID and password, you can follow the instructions on the page that comes up to create one.
Remember, you must activate your username and password in order to use hotspots beyond 1 day. After that your laptop will be locked out of the system until you confirm your email address.
