Is my credit card information safe?
Your customer information is private and is never shared or sold. Credit card information, once entered, can only be read for automated transactions.
Can I still drop off payments at Elite Net?
We’d prefer all payments be mailed to:

If you drop it off at Elite.Net it will be accounted for but it might be delayed for a few days.
Will my due date change?
Your payment due date should remain the same, as long as your service doesn’t change.
Will my rates go up?
We do not anticipate any changes with the current pricing structure.

Who do I call if my service has problems?
Tech support is available for all of our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call our Toll-Free number (888) 235-4836.
Will my equipment have to be changed?
We do not anticipate any changes with the current equipment.
Will there be any interruption to my service during the change?
We do not anticipate any interruption during the change over. if you experience any problems please call our 24/7 Tech support. (888) 235-4836
If my equipment has to be repaired/replaced, how long will it take to be scheduled?
If it is determined that your equipment has to be replaced or changed, our dispatcher will contact you and set up an appointment. Normally we schedule within 10 business days for change out or new install and within 2 business days for problems or service outage.
Will the quality of my service be altered in any way?
We anticipate improving service by increasing available bandwidth to customers. These improvements will be scheduled on a tower by tower basis and you will be notified of any changes prior to the upgrade.
Will my e-mail address change?
Elite.Net customer email addresses will not be changed. You will have the option to get a Fire2Wire e-mail address with your current name if it is available. With our Email for Life package, you can purchase your own domain name and keep your email address forever.
What other services does your company provide?
